Customer Review: Excellent HD enclosure for the price
I am surprised to see the complaints and the negative reviews about this product. I have been using it for 6 months and it is working like a charm with every single HD that I have upto 500GB. The only negative thing may be it does not support SATA and you cannot expect to get an enclosure for $10 that supports all HD anyways. I have to mention the data transfer rate of this product, it is absolutely amazing! You feel like you are transferring data between internal HD’s. That is correct that it does not have a fancy cooling system but come on guys it is just a basic enclosure, you are not supposed to leave it on for hours. Just transfer your data, back them up, do whatever you wanna do and turn it off, it is not overheating within an hour at all! I used at least 5 different HD enclosure and this is not the best one, this is the best one for the price. If you are looking for a basic enclosure I strongly recommend this one. People should write reviews depending on the price/performance rate of each product, not only the performance or price of a product. You cannot expect anything better than this for 10 bucks!
Customer Review: Don’t buy this piece of garbage
If Amazon would allow a zero star rating, this thing would get it. Sure, it /says/ it’s aluminum. It’s not 100%. The front and back panels are plastic. Cheap plastic. The quality of plastic in a Coke bottle is far better. It’s inexpensive because its a cheap piece of garbage. Spend the extra money and get yourself a Vantec NexStar 3. It is 100% aluminum, built solid and definitely worth the $. If only I’d thought about that before putting a 300GB drive in the A-Power pile of cr@p. I’m positive that drive would still be among the living.

After only two days of using this product, I have decided to return it because of the following: Poor grip to Window (Fallen twice so far while driving) Poor FM Transmitter (Lots of Static and Distortion) Poor Display (If the car is too hot, which in California is Inevitable, the display turns black and needs 10 minutes to cool down and be readable) Short Cable (There’s not many places in the car you can put it unless you get an Extension cable.) No Memory (It always defaults to the lowest station possible; meaning if you want to listen to your music on Channel 107.1 instead of 87.6, you must dial up to 107.1 each time you start your car. This takes a very long time.) Thats it really. If anything, I would recommend getting this one: iPhone FM hands-free car charger/ Holder/ adjustable armgear / FM transmitter – works with all iPod/iPh 3G]one It has a GREAT Transmitter and there is no interferance with calls or Wifi

This is a great product. The transmitter is very powerful, strong and sturdy. Some transmitters fail after exposure to high temperatures and direct sunlight. This one does not. The remote actually works with the iPhone, that is very hard to find. There is even a USB port if you don’t have an iPod. The winshield mount is also great, it doesn’t slip around. This product is absolutely perfect. I would strongly reccomend this product for everyone.

Customer Review: Poor focus at f2.8
I did a side-by-side comparison of the lens and my favorite canon lens 24mm-105mm – both on a tripod and handheld. This sigma 50-150 mm performed almost as well as my expensive canon lens at f4.5 to f22. But below f4.0 it did not focus at the correct depth. Of course the reason to buy this lens is for the wide f2.8 light-gathering ability; unfortunately this is where the lens focuses poorly. I am sending it back.
Customer Review: Fast, capable telephoto zoom
This was my first Sigma purchase in over 35 years. It came highly rated by Popular Photography. I was impressed when I took it out of the box. The build quality is excellent. It yeilds excellent photos at any f/stop. I seldom shoot below f/5.6. It is vastly smaller than the 70-200mm f/2.8 I borrowed. It fits comfortably in my shoulder bag. The 67mm filter size and lighter weight are important. I would recommend this lens to anyone.
